DAY 14 - CRESWICK (Rest day)

We have enjoyed a quiet rest day at Creswick. It started with a pre-breakfast stroll around St Georges Lake. The clouds were blocking the sun, so there were no sunrise shots,  but we did take lots of photos nevertheless.

We took a photo of a kangaroo.

And we took photos of a few other random things.

Near the end of the walk around the lake, there is a bird-watching platform. We went there and watched some birds, before returning to our accommodation for breakfast.

Later in the morning we headed in to town for morning tea. We celebrated our granddaughter's second birthday in style.

The rest of the day was spent relaxing at our b&b, as the rain has started coming down outside. It is expected to continue for the next few days.
